Now my Question here is:
When you go sunbathing do you use SPF lotion or body oil?
My answer:
I generally use lotion with higher SPF like 40 or 50, but when i go to a place where there is water and i usually stay in, i use body oil.. it resists to water and it helps my skin get that cool bronze.. but i look for an oil that also has SPF like 15 or 20. Now is your turn to spill the deal on the cool tan you're getting every summer:)

If I'm just in England i won't do as its very rare we get to see the sun, let alone risk getting a tan! If I'm abroad i'll usually use spf 15 for the first few days and then maybe 8 for the remaining days.
I am really pale with red hair, so I burn easily. Thanks to that I put the same SPF on me as the kids - usually at least 50.

so, i need to use an SPF of like 10 million... normally i forget until it is too late though...

I don't really sunbathe so I always use high SPF suntan lotion for everything.
SPF lotion... I hit my 30's and don't feel quite so invincible anymore. :)
I need to use SPF 50 because my skin is so sensitive and it burn.

I haven't done that in so long, but when I use too I always used baby oil, but I never laid out that long either.
I always use SPF. Especially on my lips and face.
SPF for sure! I'm a fair skinned redhead I burn & never tan just freckle lol
