Aloha Friday!!!!

Today is Friday, and that means it's time for Aloha Fridays!
If you have no clue what Aloha Friday is already, go to An Island Life and you'll figure it out pretty fast:)

Now my Question here is:

How do you get rid of sore muscles?

Well last night i had fever and I shook like crazy all night even if i had 3 blankets on. Anyway when i woke up this morning, my muscles hurt like crazy. SO i thought, what the crap do i do now.... I've heard that a hot bath and Aspirin would do the trick... so I'm asking you bloggy friends... do you have other solutions for sore muscles too?!? please do share...and help me get rid of this stupid muscle pain:P

Aloha Everyone!

I'm not sure if it will work for sore muscles as a result of being sick, but I do cardio kickboxing and my muscles are always sore. I am always told that if I drink tons of water throughout the day, it helps my muscles not be so sore. Not sure it that will help you or not, but I wish you well very soon!

Hot bath or shower.

Hot baths and chocolate? OK, maybe not chocolate, but chocolate is supposed to make everything better, right? LOL

First I do yoga. Then I soak in a hot tub of sore muscle bath salts. But that's easy for me to say, I make them.

When I had the flu my muscles hurt horribly. I took ibuprofen to help with the aches and pains. When I hurt my back or parts I use a warm moist heating pad. Feel better

I also strech a lot throughout the day. I have also heard that if you soak in a really cold bath after exercisingn(before you get sore) that is supposed to help. I hope you feel better soon!

Well after I had the flu my muscles hurt pretty badly and I would take hot baths and that seemed to help.

Hope you feel better soon!

First, I use Aleve for muscle pain... and that tends to help me best (but stick with aspirin if fever's still an issue). Also: heating pads (here in the States we have adhesive ones you can wear under your clothes - not sure if they sell them in Germany) and relaxing.

Hope you feel better!

Definitely stretch & then get into the tub. Try a tylenol too, as it is better than an aspirin for relaxing muscles.

Hot bath or shower, followed by time under an electric blanket, turned up nice and high! (and the chocolate isn't a bad idea, either!)

Have my boyfriend give me a massage.

Haha ya right, that doesn't happen... EVER! I usually try to rub it out myself if I can get to it, or take a nice hot shower. Sometimes I'm just lazy and rest.

The only sore muscles I know how to deal with is from exercise. I just exercise some more.

And you could try the hot bath to relax the muscles. or a good massage?

I'm sorry you are sick and hope you'll feel better soon.

I go for the heating pad and Tylenol. Also, it helps if a loved one will rub the sore muscles :).
