Now let us start:

* I started the Christmas shopping.. finally:P.. i still have a few things, but at least i started... right?:P

* Also period cramps suck!!! Let's just say I'm glad this Christmas and New Year I'm off the shift:)

*Oh and you know what makes the period cramps go easier???? BAKING!!!! yeah i know.. I'm a weirdo.. but baking brings me joy.. and made my house smell like vanilla and cinnamon.. and that's always the best feeling:) Speaking of which I'm almost done baking.. I have 5 types of cookies so far.. i know i want to make 2 more that my husband really loves.. and then i guess I'll be done:)

* oh and to top it off, we had our first snow!!! YAAAAAAAAY!!.. well "snow" is a big word.. let's just say a few snow flakes .. it didn't last more than 1 hour or so.. but at least I've seen snow this year.. YAAAAAAAY!!!

* sadly i have to study in the meanwhile too cause after the holidays I'm starting my winter semester ..shoot:P

Ok that's about it for randomness today :)

Happy Random Everyone!!!

Hubby told me they had a few flakes of snow in Heidelberg too! I missed it, I'm in England until tomorrow and there's no snow here.

I actually managed to finish my Christmas shopping. Weird, normally i'm still at it come christmas eve!

We might get snow this weekend, or at least that is what I saw on the news.

Yay for snowflakes! I'm still hoping Mother Nature will be nice and give us good snow this year. :)

Baking does help with the monster cramps...or at least eating what you've baked. ;)

We had snow in Houston, of all places, last week. Looked a lot like your picture without all the cool old buildings.

I'll never have to have my period again. Nee ner nee ner. I will, however, have hot flashes and random chin hairs for the rest of my life...

Thanks for stopping by my site. Is snow a good thing? As a Texan, I don't think so. Pretty in pictures, but a real big pain in real life. Mmmmmmm cookies, but I like it when others make them for me. :) Stay warm and I hope the new cleaning lady works out. :) Lisa

I still have a lot of shopping to do, unfortunately. I'll be kicking myself if I'm still doing it on the 24th, which is right around when I'm going to start feeling crampy...should make for an interesting holiday. Maybe I should double up on the cookies now. :)

I want time to bake. :( I haven't had a chance to do anything yet this year. Hopefully soon.

Thanks for stopping by.

I get the "curse" every holiday or major event - had it on Thanksgiving and I have to calculate - but I could possibly get it on Christmas.

Thanks for stopping by mine. Have a great day :)

I hate cramps but eating baked goods definitely makes it better! And I would die for a cleaning lady. It probably would do no good since I would be dead but still totally worth it!

Baked goods really make everything better. We had 6 inches of snow last week, but most of it is gone now. We have the muddy patches breaking through that will probably last until January. Good luck with the cleaning lady.
