Thanks for hosting the party!

We just can't have a 4th of July without some spectacularly festive red, white & blue firework cupcakes. We're actually working on today's blog post that will cover how you can quickly and easily make these celebratory sweets.

And for us, no 4th of July is complete without a trip to the National Mall in downtown DC to watch the fireworks over the Washington Monument from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. From an Independence Day celebration standpoint, it is the most fun we've ever had. It's been our tradition for the 10 years we've been living in the DC area.
