Boost My Blog Friday - 8/19



Hello everybody and welcome back to Design It Chic, your place to learn easy tricks to design and promote your own blog! And since today is Friday again, that means it's time to catch up with Boost My Blog Friday here at Design It Chic!




For those of you new here, it's very simple.. the only rule is: no rules!! That's right!! This blog-hop is supposed to be a boost in our blogs' asses... friends-wise:)!!

Are you having your breakfast every morning or are you skipping it most of the days?

It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but when life is in such a hurry how can you make time for it properly every day, right? Well of course yogurts and bagels or cereal bars are the easy way to go, but who doesn't dream of a five-stars-hotel-room-service type of breakfast.. and served in bed?!? Oh boy!!:) Now how about you ladies? Are you taking your breakfast serious or are you just snacking something on the run? I try to get a good breakfast in but I'm always doing 100 things at once (ok, maybe five things) so I just grab whatever is easiest to eat. It's usually just coffee though and a banana or bagel. I need a chef! LOL.

I always eat breakfast. Growing up my mom made sure we always ate breakfast so it is a habit I've maintained.

On a good day I get a bowl of cereal but normally it's just a cup of coffee while trying to get myself, my husband, and my baby all ready to get out the door!

I too will not function without breakfast. Sometimes it's just a nutrition bar and Diet Dr. Pepper but then other days I'll wait till I get to work and have a full breakfast.

I notice when I eat a good breakfast I don't need to eat again till lunch (no snack needed). It all works out but only if you eat breakfast!

In the first trimester of pregnancy and have to have a little something in the mornings because I wake up STARVING. Toasted raisin bread with a little butter is the breakfast of choice as of late. :)
